  • 1 T garlic
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 4 oz. kale
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Brown meat in a large skillet over medium heat.  Set aside.

In the same skillet sauté onions and garlic until onions are transparent.  Return meat to skillet.  Add parsley and kale.  Stir and cook until leaves are wilted.  Add salt and pepper to taste.

Serve over rice
