• 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup cooked rice
  • 1 green onion
  • 7 oz imitation lobster meat chunk style
  • 1 T mayonaise
  • 1/2 t soy sauce
  • 1/2 t lemon juice


In a skillet, scramble the egg over medium heat and set aside in separate bowl.  In the same skillet, combine rice, onion, lobster,mayonnaise, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Stir and cook until heated.  Add egg back to the skillet.  Stir to combine.
