Ingredients:
- 1 t oil
- 2 skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
- ½ red onion, sliced
- 1 head broccoli, chopped (about 3 cups)
- 1 T garlic
- 2 T soy sauce
- 2 T oyster flavored sauce
- ¼ c peanuts
- Siracha
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink. Remove to a clean bowl. Add onion, broccoli, garlic, soy sauce, and oyster flavored sauce. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Add chicken and peanuts. Cover and cook until broccoli is desired tenderness for about 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve over rice with siracha.
