Ingredients:

  • 1 t oil
  • 2 skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
  • ½ red onion, sliced
  • 1 head broccoli, chopped (about 3 cups)
  • 1 T garlic
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 2 T oyster flavored sauce
  • ¼ c peanuts
  • Siracha

Heat oil in a large skillet.  Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.  Remove to a clean bowl.  Add onion, broccoli, garlic, soy sauce, and oyster flavored sauce.  Cover and cook for about 5 minutes stirring occasionally.  Add chicken and peanuts.  Cover and cook until broccoli is desired tenderness for about 5 minutes stirring occasionally.  Serve over rice with siracha.
