- Rotini pasta
- 2 cups cooked turkey, cubed
- 1/2 c cottage cheese
- 1 jar Spicy Arrabiatta pasta sauce
- 1 1/2 c spinach
- 1/2 c parmesan cheese
Cook pasta as directed.
In a separate pot, combine turkey, cottage cheese, arrabiatta sauce, and spinach. Heat sauce until bubbling and reduce heat to low until noodles are ready. Add parmesan cheese.
Serve sauce on top of noodles with additional parmesan cheese.
