Simple, light, and flavorful salad.
Ingredients:
- Italian cucumber
- One pint grape tomatoes
- 8 oz. can sliced olives
- 1 small onion chopped
- 3 T Italian salad dressing
Chop vegetables into bite sized pieces. Mix in a salad bowl and toss with dressing.
Optional: add 1 c cooked noodles and extra 1/4 c of dressing
