Simple, light, and flavorful salad.


  • Italian cucumber
  • One pint grape tomatoes
  • 8 oz. can sliced olives
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 3 T Italian salad dressing

Chop vegetables into bite sized pieces.  Mix in a salad bowl and toss with dressing.

Optional: add 1 c cooked noodles and extra 1/4 c of dressing
