Be My Snickerdoodle cookies are basically a snickerdoodle cookie with colorful sprinkles fitting for Valentine’s Day.
Ingredients
- 1 box Kusteaz Snickerdoodle Cookie mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c butter softened
- Heart shaped sprinkles
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine cookie mix, egg, and butter into a mixing bowl. Beat until smooth. Roll dough into 1-inch balls.
Refrigerate the dough for about twenty minutes.
Arrange the provided cinnamon-sugar and the heart shaped sprinkles onto two separate plates. Roll dough balls into heart shaped sprinkles the then cinnamon-sugar.
Place cookies 2-inches apart on the baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
