  • 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
  • Avocado
  • BBQ Ranch Salad mix


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Bake chicken for 20 minutes or until no longer link.  Cut chicken into bite sized pieces.


Cut avocado into cubes.  Combine with salad mix in a large bowl.  Toss with provided dressing.


Divide salad onto 2 dinner plates.  Top each salad with chicken.
