• 1 lb. salmon
  • 1 T dill
  • 1 lemon cut into slices
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 350.


Place foil onto a baking sheet and spray with Pam cooking spray.  Place salmon into foil and sprinkle generously with dill.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Place lemon slices over the salmon.  Cover with another piece of foil, and crimp the edges of the foil together to make a pouch.  Bake for 20-25 minutes.


Serve with rice and salad


Tartar Sauce:

  • ¼ c mayonnaise
  • 2 T pickle relish
  • 1 t lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.  Mix and serve.
