- 1 egg
- ½ t milk or cream
Crack the egg and empty the inside into a bowl. Beat the egg into a smooth uniform liquid using a fork.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Splash the skillet with water by flicking wet fingers toward the pan. When the water evaporates, spray the skillet with cooking spray and add the egg.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook the egg while continuously stirring and scraping the pan with a spatula.
Once the egg is mostly solid and no longer runny, transfer the egg to a clean bowl and add the milk. Stir the milk into the egg. This stops the egg from continuing to cook.
