This is a super easy recipe for a great spreadable cracker topping. The sour cream softens the cheese just enough to make the dip scoop-able, but not too much to make it runny. The spread can be shaped into a ball or dome and won’t break the crack as you dip it.
- 12 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 t onion powder
- 1 t garlic powder
- 2 t parsley flakes
- 2 green onions finely chopped
- 3 T sour cream
- 1/4 t salt
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight for flavors to blend.
Serve with crackers and/or celery and other vegetables.
