  • 16 oz. low fat sour cream
  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • 5 green onions thinly chopped
  • 2 T parsley flakes
  • 1 T garlic powder

Mix all ingredients together.  The dip will be lumpy because of the onion and parsley flakes.  Refrigerate overnight for flavors to blend.

Serve with an array of vegetables: celery, carrots, green pepper, tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, etc.
